Exercise and Variation of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract. In the context of this Contract being enabled for access by Central Government Departments, Executive Agencies and Non-Departmental Public Bodies, for the avoidance of doubt, HMRC will have the sole ability to exercise the rights conferred by the Terms and Conditions of the Contract, including in particular but not limited to, the right to extend the Contract Terms and any right to terminate the Contract or any part of it, and to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Contract. In the event an Enabled Authority wishes to exercise a right conferred under the Terms and Conditions of the Contract or vary a Term and Condition of the Contract, the Enabled Authority shall refer such representations to HMRC who will action them as it considers appropriate.
