Exhibition Activities. Exhibitor agrees not to schedule or conduct any outside commercial activity including, but not limited to, receptions, seminars, symposiums and hospitality suites before, during or after the Show, whether such activities are held at or away from the Hall facility, except with the written approval of Show Management.
