Exhibition Location and Hours. If the exhibition is held at Client’s gallery, Client will open the exhibition to the public on the dates and during the times specified in the Plan. If the exhibition is held in another location, Curator and Client will cooperate to reserve the location.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.

  • Prior Locations (a) Set forth in Schedule 3(a) is the information required by Schedule 2(a) or Schedule 2(b) with respect to each location or place of business previously maintained by any Company at any time during the past four months. (b) Set forth in Schedule 3(b) is the information required by Schedule 2(c) or Schedule 2(d) with respect to each other location at which, or other person or entity with which, any of the Collateral consisting of inventory or equipment has been previously held at any time during the past twelve months.

  • Exhibitions 1. Originating products, sent for exhibition in a country other than with which cumulation is applicable in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 and sold after the exhibition for importation in a Party, shall benefit on importation from the relevant agreement provided it is shown to the satisfaction of the customs authorities that: (a) an exporter has consigned the products from a Party to the country in which the exhibition is held and has exhibited them there; (b) the products have been sold or otherwise disposed of by that exporter to a person in another Party; (c) the products have been consigned during the exhibition or immedi- ately thereafter in the state in which they were sent for exhibition; and (d) the products have not, since they were consigned for exhibition, been used for any purpose other than demonstration at the exhibition. 2. A proof of origin shall be issued or made out in accordance with Title V of this Appendix and submitted to the customs authorities of the importing Party in the normal manner. The name and address of the exhibition shall be indicated thereon. Where necessary, additional docu- mentary evidence of the conditions under which they have been exhibited may be required. 3. Paragraph 1 shall apply to any trade, industrial, agricultural or crafts exhibition, fair or similar public show or display which is not organised for private purposes in shops or business premises with a view to the sale of foreign products, and during which the products remain under customs control.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations. Accordingly, wherever practical to do so, new installations, or the rebuild of existing installations, will be designed accordingly.

  • Principal Location Such Grantor’s mailing address and the location of its place of business (if it has only one) or its chief executive office (if it has more than one place of business), are disclosed in Exhibit A; such Grantor has no other places of business except those set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Closing Location The Closing shall be held at the location designated by the Corporation or, if no such designation is made, at the office of Seller's Attorney.
