Common use of Exhibition of Demised Premises Clause in Contracts

Exhibition of Demised Premises. Landlord is hereby given the right during usual business hours at any time during the final eighteen (18) months of the Term of this Lease (as it may have been extended) to enter upon the Demised Premises and to exhibit the same for the purpose of mortgaging, leasing or selling the same. During the final year of the Term, Landlord shall be entitled to display on the Demised Premises, in such manner as to not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s business, signs indicating that the Demised Premises are for rent or sale and suitably identifying Landlord or its agent. Tenant agrees that such signs may remain unmolested upon the Demised Premises.
