Common use of Exhibitions Clause in Contracts

Exhibitions. Notwithstanding Article 28, an originating good of a Party imported into the other Party after an exhibition in a non-Party shall continue to qualify as an originating good of the former Party when it: (a) remained under the control of the customs authority of the non-Party while it was in the non-Party; and (b) was transported: (i) directly to and from the non-Party; or (ii) through other non-Parties for the purpose of transit or temporary storage in warehouses in such other non-Parties, provided that it did not undergo operations other than unloading, reloading and any other operation to preserve it in good condition.
