Rod Shows reserves the right to stop or remove from the event any Vendor/Exhibitor, their employees or guests, performing any act or practice which in the opinion of the Rod Shows is objectionable or detracts from the dignity and integrity of the event. HOSPITALITY Vendors/Exhibitors are not permitted to Host or Sponsor any hospitality or other function that attracts buyers/customers away from the event during show hours. No Scooters, Hoverboards, Segways, Golf Carts, Bicycles, Motorcycles, Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol or Animals are permitted. ADA Scooters or Service dogs with the proper certification are exempt. SOUND DEVICES No Sound amplification devices are allowed. Objectionable sound and lyrics will not be tolerated. Vendors must keep noise at a minimum for demonstrations or music in their respective space. Give away items in which noise can be made is not allowed. Rod Shows assumes no responsibility for shipped items. There is no storage on site. Deliveries to exhibitor must be received and signed for by the exhibitor. EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Rod Shows reserves Retail sales are prohibited during the right Show without Shoppe Object’s express prior written consent and entitle Shoppe Object to stop or shut down the Exhibit Space and remove Exhibitor from the event Venue. Subject to the foregoing, Exhibitor may distribute samples, souvenirs, permitted publications and similar items, or conduct other sales or sales promotion activities only from within the Exhibit Space. Shoppe Object retains sole discretion to approve, control or prohibit which samples and other items may be distributed and where such samples may be distributed. Any Exhibitor demonstration, distribution or activity that results in obstruction of aisles or prevents ready access to other exhibitors’ booths is prohibited and shall be suspended permanently or for any Vendor/Exhibitorperiods specified by Shoppe Object. Exhibitor and its employees, their agents, and authorized representatives shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances. Exhibitor is solely responsible for ascertaining the existence of any exemption from state or local sales or use taxes for sales made from the Exhibit Space, and for timely remitting all required sales and use taxes to the appropriate taxing authorities. Exhibitor will cause its agents and employees or gueststo conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, performing any act or practice which Exhibitor will not allow in the opinion Exhibit Space or the Venue or building: (a) displays that are undignified or noisy, including sound devices, flashing lights, megaphones, loud speakers, and show tactics; (b) scantily clad models or demonstrators; (c) raffies, prize drawings or promotional contests that require any degree of physical skill by the contestant; (d) unauthorized photography; (e) selling or giving away of samples for removal during show; and (f) displays or display activities conducted beyond the physical bounds of the Rod Shows Exhibit Space. In addition to the foregoing, Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that tipping is objectionable not permitted in the Venue, the building or detracts from the dignity and integrity within any of the event. EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Rod Shows The exhibitor may distribute literature, take orders for merchandise and make actual sales from his booth. However, no exhibitor will be permitted to perform any of these acts outside of the confines of his booth. Unnecessary notices, loud attraction getters or other type of noisy demonstrations are forbidden. No dead or unmanned exhibits are permitted. The exhibitor must be in his exhibit at least 10 minutes before Show Hours and remain until closing time. He must have competent personnel in charge during all opening hours. All Mold Trucks must be manned during Show Hours and 30 minutes thereafter or until outstanding tickets are in. No part of the exhibit may be removed until ALL outstanding indebtedness against the exhibitor are paid in full. The exhibitor may not dismantle or remove his display before the stated time of closing on the final day and will have 6 hours after the show closes to complete move out. NO LEAVING EARLY.
