Exhibitor Representatives; Virtual Exhibit Space. Exhibitor representatives shall be restricted to Exhibitor’s employees and authorized representatives and must be 18 years of age or older. Exhibitor acknowledges that it shall require its representatives to dress and conduct themselves in an appropriate and professional manner. Shoppe Object reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the character and attire of Exhibitor’s representatives is acceptable. The Virtual Marketplace and Shoppe Object reserve the right to deny entry, ban, or remove from the Virtual Marketplace or any part of the Virtual Marketplace any person who Shoppe Object determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which Shoppe Object considers to be disruptive of the Virtual Marketplace.

  • Contract Exhibit J Quarterly Sales Report If a conflict exists among any of the Contract documents, the documents shall have priority in the order listed below:

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate.
