Common use of Existence of Hazardous Material Clause in Contracts

Existence of Hazardous Material. Without the consent of Incumbent as described below, Pathnet shall not bring or cause or permit, knowingly or unknowingly, any Hazardous Material to be brought or remain upon, kept, used discharged, leaked or emitted on any of Incumbent's sites or Facilities.
