Existing Activities Sample Clauses
Existing Activities. The Parties acknowledge and agree that their activities as of the Effective Date do not exceed the scope of the licenses, and of their rights to sublicense, set forth in sections 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 above.
Existing Activities. Activities for which there is no approved stipend may be offered with the understanding that the above process should be followed. When it is felt that the responsibilities of an activity warrant a change in stipend, the same procedure as that for a new activity shall be followed.
