Central Termite does not guarantee the damage disclosed on the attached graph represents all of the existing damage as of the date of this Contract. The graph is not to scale.

Existing Damage a) The tenant affirms the usable condition of the rented property if he does not notify the landlord in writing of defects within seven days of moving in.
b) If the dormitory should be a new building, the tenant waives all claims in regard to normal defects or damages due to building moisture.
a) The tenant is obliged to: aa) treat the rented property as well as the furniture brought by the landlord with care and to maintain it. The tenant is liable for damages to the rented housing and inventory let by the landlord, provided that the damages are caused by breach of care or any other culpable violation of the tenant’s obliga- tions. The tenant is held responsible in the same way for all culpably caused damages by each person in the household, relatives, visitors or vicarious agents as long as they got into contact with the rented room by instigation or agreement of the tenant;

Existing Damage. Any pre-existing aircraft or component damage noted by GOGO and/or assigned sub-contractors during maintenance within their scope must be reported to a DELTA AIR LINES maintenance representative. All maintenance labor and material cost will be the responsibility of DELTA AIR LINES.

Existing Damage. Big Apple Pest Control & Termite is not responsible for the repair of either visible damage or hidden damage existing as of the date of this Agreement. Because damage may be present in areas which are inaccessible to visual inspection, Big Apple Pest Control & Termite does not represent that the damage disclosed on the Inspection Graph represents all of the existing damage as of the date of this Agreement. If visible evidence of active or previous infestation is reported on the graph, it should be assumed that some degree of damage is present and it is advisable that a qualified building expert inspect the property for damage and structural integrity.
