Existing Damage. Damages which occurred prior to policy inception regardless of whether such damages were apparent at the time of the inception of this policy or discovered at a later date. This exclusion does not apply in the event of a total loss by a Peril Insured Against.

The attached graph covers only those areas that were visible, accessible and unobstructed at the time of inspection and does not cover areas such as, but not limited to, enclosed or inaccessible areas concealed by wall coverings, floor coverings, ceilings, furniture, equipment, appliances, stored articles, or any portion of the structure in which inspection would necessitate removing or defacing any part of the structure because damage may be present in areas which are inaccessible to a visual inspection. Central Termite does not guarantee the damage disclosed on the attached graph represents all of the existing damage as of the date of this Contract. The graph is not to scale.
Existing Damage. Your Name is not responsible for the repair of either visible termite damage (noted on the attached diagram) or of hidden damage existing as of the date of the Contract. The diagram covers only those areas that were visible, accessible and unobstructed at the time of inspection and does not cover areas such as, but not limited to, areas enclosed or inaccessible, concealed by wall coverings, floor coverings, ceilings, furniture, equipment, appliances or stored articles, or any area in which inspection would necessitate removing or defacing any part of the structure. Because damage may be present in areas which are inaccessible to a visual inspection, Your Name does not guarantee that the damage disclosed on the attached diagram represents all of the existing damage, whether visible or hidden, as of the date of this contract. The diagram is not drawn to scale.
Existing Damage. Any pre-existing aircraft or component damage noted by GOGO and/or assigned sub-contractors during maintenance within their scope must be reported to a DELTA AIR LINES maintenance representative. All maintenance labor and material cost will be the responsibility of DELTA AIR LINES.
Existing Damage. Big Apple Pest Control & Termite is not responsible for the repair of either visible damage or hidden damage existing as of the date of this Agreement. Because damage may be present in areas which are inaccessible to visual inspection, Big Apple Pest Control & Termite does not represent that the damage disclosed on the Inspection Graph represents all of the existing damage as of the date of this Agreement. If visible evidence of active or previous infestation is reported on the graph, it should be assumed that some degree of damage is present and it is advisable that a qualified building expert inspect the property for damage and structural integrity.
Existing Damage. However, any ensuing loss arising out of workmanship, repairs or lack of repairs, caused by a Peril Insured Against, to property described under Section I – Property Coverages, is covered unless the loss is otherwise excluded in this policy. This Exclusion does not apply in the event of a total loss caused by a Peril Insured Against. The following exclusion, below A.12 is added:
Existing Damage. Terminix is not responsible for the repair of either visible damage or hidden damage existing as of the date of this Agreement or occurring prior to the Effective Date. Damage discovered after the Effective Date with no verified live and active infestation present shall be deemed to have been caused before that date. Because damage may be present in areas which are inaccessible to visual inspection, Terminix states and the customer acknowledges that the damage disclosed on the Inspection Graph does not necessarily represent all of the existing damage as of the date of this Agreement.
Existing Damage. Xxxxxxx is not responsible and has no duty to repair or disclose either visible damage (noted on the Inspection Report), or hidden damage existing as of the date of this Agreement. Because damage may be present in areas that are inaccessible to visual inspection, Xxxxxxx does not guarantee that the damage disclosed on the Inspection Report represents all the existing damage as of the date of this Agreement.
