Discretionary Rights The Advance Rates may be increased or decreased by Agent at any time and from time to time in the exercise of its reasonable discretion. Each Borrower consents to any such increases or decreases and acknowledges that decreasing the Advance Rates or increasing or imposing reserves may limit or restrict Advances requested by Borrowing Agent. The rights of Agent under this subsection are subject to the provisions of Section 16.2(b).

Permitted License Uses and Restrictions A. Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use the tvOS Software on a single Apple-branded Apple TV. You agree not to install, use or run the tvOS Software on any non-Apple-branded device, or to enable others to do so. Except as permitted in Section 2B below, and unless as provided in a separate agreement between you and Apple, this License does not allow the tvOS Software to exist on more than one Apple-branded Apple TV at a time, and you may not distribute or make the tvOS Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. This License does not grant you any rights to use Apple proprietary interfaces and other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing or distribution of third party devices and accessories, or third party software applications, for use with the Apple TV. You agree to use the tvOS Software and the Services (as defined in Section 5 below) in compliance with all applicable laws, including local laws of the country or region in which you reside or in which you download or use the tvOS Software and Services. Features of the tvOS Software and the Services may not be available in all languages or regions and some features may vary by region. F. Use of the App Store requires a unique user name and password combination, known as an Apple ID. An Apple ID is also required to access app updates and certain features of the tvOS Software and Services. You acknowledge that some features and Services of the tvOS Software transmit data and could impact charges to your internet data plan, and that you are responsible for any such charges. The quality of the display of streaming movies or other content can vary from device to device and can be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, TV display, content provider, and available bandwidth or speed of your Internet connection. G. The tvOS Software will periodically check with Apple for updates to the tvOS Software, Aerial screensaver and apps installed on your Apple TV. If an update is available, the update will automatically download and install onto your Apple TV. By using the tvOS Software, you agree that Apple may download and install such automatic updates onto your Apple TV. You can turn off automatic updates to the tvOS Software, Aerial screensaver and apps at any time from within Settings.
Subsidiary Rights The Company or one of its Subsidiaries has the unrestricted right to vote, and (subject to limitations imposed by applicable law) to receive dividends and distributions on, all capital securities of its Subsidiaries as owned by the Company or such Subsidiary.
Specific Exclusion Stanford does not: (A) grant to ***** any other licenses, implied or otherwise, to any patents or other rights of Stanford other than those rights granted under Licensed Patent, regardless of whether the patents or other rights are dominant or subordinate to any Licensed Patent, or are required to exploit any Licensed Patent or Technology; (B) commit to ***** to bring suit against third parties for infringement, except as described in Section 14; and (C) agree to furnish to ***** any technology or technological information other than the Technology or to provide ***** with any assistance.
Contractual Obligations and Similar Investments From time to time, the Fund's Investments may include Investments that are not ownership interests as may be represented by certificate (whether registered or bearer), by entry in a Securities Depository or by Book-Entry Agent, registrar or similar agent for recording ownership interests in the relevant Investment. If the Fund shall at any time acquire such Investments, including without limitation deposit obligations, loan participations, repurchase agreements and derivative arrangements, the Custodian shall (a) receive and retain, to the extent the same are provided to the Custodian, confirmations or other documents evidencing the arrangement; and (b) perform on the Fund's account in accordance with the terms of the applicable arrangement, but only to the extent directed to do so by Instruction. The Custodian shall have no responsibility for agreements running to the Fund as to which it is not a party other than to retain, to the extent the same are provided to the Custodian, documents or copies of documents evidencing the arrangement and, in accordance with Instruction, to include such arrangements in reports made to the Fund.

In this situation, you can exercise your right to cancel this policy by letter or in any lasting medium sent to the insurer of the new policy, together with documentary proof that you already have cover for one of the risks covered by this new policy. The insurer must reimburse you the premium paid within thirty days of your cancellation. If you wish to cancel your policy but do not meet all the above conditions, please check the cancellation procedure stipulated in your policy.
Property Rights All County facilities, equipment and data will remain under the sole ownership, custody and control of County and CONTRACTOR is not granted any property interest therein. CONTRACTOR shall only use County’s facilities and equipment for the purposes of fulfilling its obligations to County under this Agreement. County may access any and all electronic or paper data and records created, transmitted, or accessed utilizing County equipment or while on County property.
Proprietary Rights The term “Proprietary Rights” shall mean all trade secret, patent, copyright, mask work and other intellectual property rights throughout the world.
