Existing Interconnection Agreements are non-transferable. If the Generation Facility is sold to a new legal entity, a new Interconnection Agreement must be executed by the new legal entity prior to the interconnection or for the continued interconnection of the Generating Facility to the Utility’s system. The Utility shall not withhold or delay the execution of an Interconnection Agreement with the new owner provided the Generation facility or proposed Generation facility complies with requirements of 6.11.1.

  • ENTIRETY OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT The COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR agree that this Contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein. None of the provisions, terms and conditions contained in this Contract may be added to, deleted, modified, superseded or otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties hereto.
