EXIT AGREEMENTS. 2.1 In the event of agreement that the Joint Committee should be dissolved or in the event of the termination of this Agreement in accordance with clause 31 the Partner Authorities shall (acting reasonably) negotiate and seek to agree and execute a legally binding agreement dealing with the novation or termination of the Contracts (excluding the Disposal Contracts) and the allocation amongst the Partner Authorities of the property, assets, rights, staff and liabilities held or employed by the Host Authority on behalf of the Joint Committee. Such agreement shall include, as a minimum, provisions to deal with the matters listed in this Schedule 6.
