Partner Authorities definition

Partner Authorities means Blackburn with Darwen and Burnley and such other Local Authority that may become a Partner Authority in accordance with the Constitution;
Partner Authorities means the partner authorities who make up the Cannock Chase Special Area of Conservation Partnership and the parties to this Agreement; “Partners” shall be construed accordingly; Partnership Memorandum of Understanding Memorandum of Understanding of the Cannock Chase Special Area of Conservation Partnership signed by the Partner Authorities on or around 18 January 2017 in the form set out in Schedule 3; Personal Data as defined in the Data Protection Legislation; Services as defined in clause 4.1;
Partner Authorities means the local authorities set out in Paragraph 1.6.

Examples of Partner Authorities in a sentence

  • Where any such claims and/or losses arise which are not a result of a negligent act or omission of the Outgoing Administering Authority, the Partner Authorities shall share the amount of such claims and/or losses in accordance with the principles set out in Schedule 5 (Budget and cost sharing agreement).

  • Provided that where the proposed amendment involves a variation to this Agreement it shall require the written approval of all of the Partner Authorities in accordance with clause 30.
