Where any such claims and/or losses arise which are not a result of a negligent act or omission of the Outgoing Administering Authority, the Partner Authorities shall share the amount of such claims and/or losses in accordance with the principles set out in Schedule 5 (Budget and cost sharing agreement).
Provided that where the proposed amendment involves a variation to this Agreement it shall require the written approval of all of the Partner Authorities in accordance with clause 30.
