Partner Authorities definition

Partner Authorities means Blackburn with Darwen and Burnley and such other Local Authority that may become a Partner Authority in accordance with the Constitution;

Partner Authorities means the partner authorities who make up the Cannock Chase Special Area of Conservation Partnership and the parties to this Agreement; “Partners” shall be construed accordingly; Partnership Memorandum of Understanding Memorandum of Understanding of the Cannock Chase Special Area of Conservation Partnership signed by the Partner Authorities on or around 18 January 2017 in the form set out in Schedule 3; Personal Data as defined in the Data Protection Legislation; Services as defined in clause 4.1;

Partner Authorities means the local authorities set out in Paragraph 1.6.

• In order for the Project to move forward and deliver these benefits Partner Authorities are requested to commit formally to the Memorandum of Understanding attached at Annex 1.

Partner Authorities means Cheltenham Borough Council, Cotswold District Council, Forest of Dean District Council and West Oxfordshire District Council, each of which is a “Partner Authority”
