Common use of Exit Services Clause in Contracts

Exit Services. The Supplier shall, upon the Customer’s request, in addition to continuing to provide the Services which were provided by the Supplier prior to termination, provide new services requested by the Customer in order to facilitate the transfer or transition of the affected Services, including providing to the Customer reasonable information requested in connection with the affected Services (the “Exit Services”).
