Common use of Exit Signs Clause in Contracts

Exit Signs. Exit signs have been located throughout the Village for the personal safety of residents and visitors. Exit signs are not to be tampered with, disconnected or removed. Playing of ball games in Rooms, Flats and Common Areas of buildings could potentially damage exit signs and is therefore prohibited. The person(s) responsible may be charged for any damage caused to signs.
