ATM Usage. 5.1.1 The Card can be used at Bank’s ATMs and ATMs of other banks worldwide, which are on Lankapay, MasterCard, Maestro and Cirrus ATM network. 5.1.2 As a security feature, the Card issued will be initially inactive for use at ATM. In order to activate the Card for Transactions at ATM, the Cardholder will be required to call the Bank’s Call Centre. 5.1.3 The OTAC sent by the Bank is not the PIN number. The Cardholder must generate the PIN number by using the OTAC through Cargills Bank Internet Banking or Cargills Bank Mobile Banking or at any Cargills Bank ATM. 5.1.4 The Cardholder will not be able to perform Cash Withdrawals from ATMs with the Card unless the Cardholder uses the PIN issued by the Bank. 5.1.5 The Bank may at its discretion withdraw temporarily or terminate the ATM fund transfer facility and all fund transfer facility for all types of Transactions. The Bank also reserves the right to change the maximum per day limit for fund transfers, purchases and cash withdrawals through ATMs. 5.1.6 Cash withdrawals performed by the Cardholder other than at Bank’s ATMs will be subject to a cash withdrawal fee as per the prevailing tariff of charges which will be debited to the Account. 5.1.7 For all cash withdrawals at a Bank ATM, any statement issued by the ATM at the time of withdrawal shall be conclusive, unless verified otherwise by the Bank. Any such verification shall likewise be final and conclusive and this verified amount will be binding on the Cardholder. 5.1.8 The Cardholder shall not hold the Bank liable, responsible or accountable in anyway whatsoever for any loss and/or damage arising or caused due to any malfunction or failure of the Card or the ATM or insufficient funds in the ATM. 5.1.9 The Bank shall at its absolute discretion limit the Card Usage Limit for withdrawal of cash at ATM using the Card and the Cardholder will be able to withdraw cash from the ATM only up to such limit.
ATM Usage. 6.1.1 The Travel Card can be used at ATMs worldwide, which are on ATM networks that accommodate Travel Card payments. However, there can be restrictions on usage of the Travel Card at Local ATMs. 6.1.2 Cash withdrawn at an ATM with the Travel Card shall be in a currency of that country in equivalent value to the type of currency held in the Travel Card. Any additional processing charges, conversion charges or any other fees if any charged in connection with such Transactions will be deducted by the Bank from the Travel Funds of the Cardholder/ Cardmember. 6.1. 3Cash withdrawals performed by the Cardholder/ Cardmember will be subject to a cash withdrawal fee as per the prevailing tariff or charges which will be charged to the Travel Card.
ATM Usage. As part of the construction of Leasehold Improvements in accordance with the Work Letter attached as Exhibit “D” hereto, Tenant shall have the right to install and maintain one (1) walk-up automated teller machine and night drop machine which is accessible from the exterior of the Premises (the “ATM”), together with related equipment, accessories and identifying signage (the “ATM Equipment”) in the location shown on Exhibit “M”, on all of the terms, conditions and provisions of this Section 31. Prior to installation of any ATM or ATM Equipment, Tenant shall comply with the provisions of Exhibit “D” with respect thereto if the ATM and ATM Equipment is installed as part of the Leasehold Improvements or Tenant shall otherwise comply with Section 7 as if the ATM is a Tenant Change. Tenant shall obtain all necessary permits and approvals and pay all costs of installing and maintaining the ATM and ATM Equipment. Tenant shall comply with all legal requirements applicable to the installation, use and operation of the ATM and the ATM Equipment. Subject to Landlord’s approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed and signage restrictions imposed by any governmental authority, Tenant shall be permitted to install at the location of the ATM, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, signage identifying Tenant, and automated teller network operated by Tenant, and any shared automatic teller network with which the ATM will be affiliated. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay the costs of obtaining all permits or governmental approvals required for its signs. Tenant shall maintain the ATM, the ATM Equipment and the area in the vicinity thereof in clean and orderly condition. Tenant acknowledges that the Building lobby will not be open to the public other than during Business Hours. Tenant shall pay Landlord to compensate Landlord for the costs of all utilities dedicated to Tenant’s operation of the ATM and ATM Equipment (the “ATM Utility Charge”). The ATM Utility Charge shall be paid together with the Monthly Base Rent and shall be excluded from Operating Expenses to the extent utilities to the ATM can be separately metered; otherwise, the ATM Utility Charge shall be included as part of Operating Expenses. The amount of Rentable Square Feet of the Premises and all monetary obligations based on the Rentable Square Feet of the Premises shall be adjusted to reflect the inclusion of the ATM and any related ATM equipment. ATM Usage a) the Card may be utilized at any ATM for the following Transactions: i. to effect a debit to the Account by withdrawal of cash, any such debit being effected immediately; ii. to display the current balance of the Account on the ATM; Classification: Internal Use iii. to give an account mini statement to the Card Holder; b) such other Transaction as may from time to time be made available by the Bank to the Card Holder. c) all withdrawals of cash from ATMs for each Card shall be subject to the daily cash withdrawal limit as notified from time to time by the Bank as well as subject to sufficient funds being held in the Account. The Card Holder agrees not to attempt to effect a withdrawal of cash unless a sufficient balance of funds is available in the Account. The onus of ensuring an adequate Account balance is entirely on the Card Holder. d) the Bank may, at its discretion, reserve a certain minimum amount to be maintained in the Account, below which a withdrawal Transaction will not be allowed, even if sufficient funds are available in the Account to allow the Transaction. e) in the absence of manifest error the Bank’s records as to any Transaction or its consequences shall be conclusive. f) when a Card Holder completes a Transaction through an ATM, s/he can opt to receive a printed Transaction record. g) the Card Holder is advised to retain the record of a Transaction generated by the ATM.
ATM Usage. FEE A fee may be imposed by an ATM operator not holding the consumer’s account, or by any national, regional, or local network used to complete the transaction. Automated teller machine operator means any person that operates an automated teller machine at which a consumer initiates an electronic fund transfer or a balance inquiry and does not hold an account to or from which the transfer was made, or about which an inquiry is made.
ATM UsageNo withdrawals may exceed the available funds in your account.
ATM UsageThe balance of Freedom+ funds available on your Card limits your use of the Card for cash withdrawals at ATMs. Therefore, you agree not to make withdrawals that exceed the balance available on your Card. Upon any withdrawal of cash from an ATM, the amount available on your Card shall be reduced by the amount of such withdrawal.

  • Excess Usage If during a Billing Period, In Energy is greater than zero (0), then Excess Usage for that Billing Period will be calculated. If Excess Usage is greater than zero (0), then for the Facility and any secondary account at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage will equal the value of Excess Usage and (ii) Unused Credits are equal to zero (0). If Excess Usage is equal to zero (0), then for the Facility and secondary accounts at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage is equal to zero (0) and (ii) Unused Credits are reduced by the value of In Energy, determined for that Billing Period, and that reduced value, in accordance with paragraph (C) Unused Credits of this Article IV, will remain for possible future application.

  • Leave Usage Full shift absences on vacation, sick leave, compensating time off, or holiday in lieu taken by employees on a scheduled twelve-hour workshift shall result in the deduction of twelve (12) hours from the employees’ accrued leave balances.

  • Personal Car Usage 7.1 Personal vehicle usage will be reimbursed in an amount equal to the standard mileage rate allowed by the IRS. 7.2 Per code of Federal Regulations, Title 26, Subtitle A, Chapter 1, Subchapter B, Part IX, Section 274(d), all expense reimbursement requests must include the following: 7.2.1.1 Date 7.2.1.2 Destination 7.2.1.3 Purpose 7.2.1.4 Name of traveler(s) 7.2.1.5 Correspondence that verifies business purpose of the expense 7.3 The mileage for a personal vehicle must document the date, location of travel to/from, number of miles traveled and purpose of trip. 7.4 Mileage will be reimbursed on the basis of the most commonly used route. 7.5 Reimbursement for mileage shall not exceed the cost of a round trip coach airfare. 7.6 Reimbursement for mileage shall be prohibited between place of residence and usual place of work. 7.7 Mileage should be calculated from employee’s regular place of work or their residence, whichever is the shorter distance when traveling to a meeting or traveling to Williamson County, Texas for vendors who are located outside of the Williamson County Courthouse, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 by at least a 45-mile radius. 7.8 When more than one person travels in same vehicle, only one person may claim mileage reimbursement. 7.9 Tolls, if reasonable, are reimbursable. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement (administrative fees on Tolls will not be reimbursed). 7.10 Parking fees, if reasonable are reimbursable for meetings and hotel stays. For vendors who contract with a third party for visitor parking at vendor’s place of business, Williamson County will not reimburse a vendor based on a percentage of its contracted visitor parking fees. Rather, Williamson County will reimburse Vendor for visitor parking on an individual basis for each time a visitor uses Vendor’s visitor parking. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement. 7.11 Operating and maintenance expenses as well as other personal expenses, such as parking tickets, traffic violations, and car repairs and collision damage are not reimbursable.

  • Other Usages The following usages shall apply in interpreting this Agreement: (i) references to a governmental or quasigovernmental agency, authority or instrumentality shall also refer to a regulatory body that succeeds to the functions of such agency, authority or instrumentality; and (ii) “including” means “including, but not limited to.”

  • Non-Usage Fee The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee on the average daily unused portion of Facility A at a rate of 0.25% per annum, payable in arrears within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing.

  • Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) 12.1 The Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) service Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit D. Rates for EODUF are as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment. 12.2 BellSouth will provide EODUF service upon written request to its Account Manager stating a requested activation date.   • Sick Leave Usage 1. Sick leave may be used by an employee when sick, injured, or quarantined. Also sick leave may be used on the occasion of an illness in the employee's family, where a need can be shown. 2. In computing compensation payable for sick leave, the compensation paid shall be the amount the employee would earn during the sick leave period if working at their current rate of pay and work schedule without the inclusion of overtime earnings.

  • Undrawn Availability After giving effect to the initial Advances hereunder, Borrowers shall have Undrawn Availability of at least $10,000,000;

  • Availability Reserves All Revolving Loans otherwise available to Borrower pursuant to the lending formulas and subject to the Maximum Credit and other applicable limits hereunder shall be subject to Lender's continuing right to establish and revise Availability Reserves.
