Expedited Card Fee. If applicable to your Account, an Expedited Card Fee may apply to your Account for delivering a Credit Card to you via recognized overnight courier, such as Federal Express, upon your request. The Expedited Card Fee is $25 per card that is expedited. Annual Summary Statements: If applicable to your Account, if you elect to receive an Annual Summary Statement, a $15 fee may be charged to your Account.
