Common use of Expedited Hearing Clause in Contracts

Expedited Hearing. The Parties have structured this procedure with the goal of providing for the prompt, efficient and final resolution of all disputes falling within the purview of this ADR process. To that end, any Party can petition the Neutral Evaluator to set an expedited hearing. If the Neutral Evaluator determines that the circumstances justify it, the Neutral Evaluator shall contact the selected Arbitration Panel and arrange for scheduling of the arbitration at the earliest possible date. In any event, the hearing of any dispute not expedited will commence as soon as practical but in no event later than 20 Days after notification of request for arbitration having been submitted.
