Common use of Expenditure of Funds Clause in Contracts

Expenditure of Funds. 1. Subrecipient shall expend all funds received hereunder in accordance with the Contract. 2. Any reimbursement for authorized travel and per diem shall be at rates not to exceed those amounts paid by the State in accordance with the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) rules and regulations. No travel outside the State of California shall be reimbursed unless prior written authorization is obtained from CDA.
