Common use of Expenditure Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Expenditure Restrictions. All CDBG funds that are approved by HUD for expenditure under the County's grant agreement, including those that are identified for the SubRecipient’s Projects and activities, shall be allocated to the specific projects and activities described and listed in Attachments A1-A3. The allocated funds shall be used and expended only for the projects and activities for which the funds are identified.
