Budget Limitations. CONTRACTOR shall be paid only within the established contract Budget and the Budget Line Flexibility outlined in the Budget Exhibit. All costs must be reasonable, necessary, allowable and allocable as defined by Federal and State of Oregon laws and rules, including applicable OMB Circulars, Pass-Through Entity (the “Pass-Through Entity”, if any, is identified on the signature page of the Contract), and Worksystems’ policies and procedures.
Budget Limitations lack of funds; change in instructional or service programs or courses; or lack of students participating in particular programs, course, or services.
Budget Limitations. 2.12.1 The Design Professional understands and acknowledges that the Owner has established a construction budget for the project. The Design Professional agrees to design the project so that the cost of construction shall not exceed the construction budget.
2.12.1.1 The Owner may instruct the Design Professional to modify the drawings as required to meet the approved budget figure; or
2.12.1.2 The Owner may revise the budget and authorize the Design Professional to proceed based upon the CM's estimate.
Budget Limitations. Classifiers advise on proper grade levels for the work being performed regardless of the financial impact of any re-classification proposals. If the organization’s budget will not support proposed upgrades, then management may have to consider other alternatives.
Budget Limitations. The City shall provide full information as to the requirements and expectations of the Consultant, including budget limitations and scheduling.
Budget Limitations. The design of the project shall be based upon the scope of work defined in the project proposal attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and made a part of this Agreement by this reference as though set forth in full herein. No change from said scope of work shall be made unless so authorized in writing by the City or the City’s designated representative.
Budget Limitations. The construction budget for this Project shall be determined by the Owner, and the Consultant shall be advised of the budget limitation in writing by the Owner and the Consultant shall indicate his acceptance of same in writing to the Owner. Any subsequent budget revisions shall be confirmed in writing. If, at the completion of the Preliminary or Design Phase, the Consultant does not concur with the construction budget, he shall so notify the Owner, and the Consultant and Owner shall mutually agree on a revised construction budget prior to any work on the Design Phase. If no bid is received within the budget limitation and a redesign of the project if required by the Owner, such redesign shall be accomplished by the Consultant at no additional cost to the Owner, provided, however, if the receipt of bids are, for any reason, delayed beyond a period of six (6) months from the date of the completion of the Design Phase the amount stated as the construction budget shall be adjusted, immediately prior to the time bids are received, by use of a construction cost index acceptable to both parties of this agreement.
Budget Limitations. (a) In discharging its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, except as otherwise specifically provided herein to the contrary, Property Manager shall at all times act in accordance with the approved Budget and pursuant to the objective of maximizing the economic return from such Premises to Owner.
(b) Property Manager shall use its diligent good faith efforts to implement the terms of each approved Budget and shall exercise control over and shall expend or otherwise transfer rents and other sums received on behalf of Owner in accordance with the terms hereof. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Agreement to the contrary, without the prior written consent of Owner, Property Manager is not authorized to enter into any contract, agreement, license, transaction or other arrangement, or make any expenditure or incur any obligation by or on behalf of Owner that varies materially from any applicable Budget (except to the extent provided in Section 2.7 hereof) or to enter into any contract, agreement, license, transaction or other arrangement which was not specifically provided for or contemplated in the applicable Budget, or amend, modify, extend or renew any contract, agreement, license, transaction or other arrangement which would cause a material variance from the applicable Budget, or amend, modify or extend or renew any contract, agreement, license, transaction or other arrangement which would cause the same to not comply with the provisions of the applicable Budget. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Property Manager may make any emergency expenditures under the circumstances described in and in accordance with Section 2.7(b) hereof.
Budget Limitations. 12.5.1 There shall be a designated annual allocation of $5,000 to fund professional growth options.
12.5.2 The designated allocation of $5,000 is subject to review during the budget development period. If budget reductions are being considered, a committee consisting of two representatives appointed by the District and two representatives appointed by CSEA will meet to develop recommendations for the allocation, if any, for that year. The District shall meet its obligations to pay for professional growth options, which have already been approved and earned prior to the decision to reduce the budget.
12.5.3 A maximum of $2500 may be used to award mentor grants to bargaining unit members each school year.

The budget shall be reviewed at each stage of preparation of drawings and the Design Professional shall rely on the CM's review of budget figures. If the CM's proposed GMP is in excess of the budget:
2.12.1.1 The Owner may instruct the Design Professional to modify the drawings as required to meet the approved budget figure; or
2.12.1.2 The Owner may revise the budget and authorize the Design Professional to proceed based upon the CM's estimate.
