Expenses Incurred While On Leave. The Association shall be responsible for making arrangements with its members for expenses incurred by them in the use of such leave. The Board will be responsible for the cost of the substitute, whenever at least twenty-four (24) hour notice is given. If twenty-four (24) hour notice is not given, the cost of the substitute will be paid by the Association.
