Common use of Expenses Not Contemplated by Agreement Clause in Contracts

Expenses Not Contemplated by Agreement. With respect to any expense which is not covered by Direct Costs or Indirect Costs or is not specifically described in Appendix 5, the Research Institute shall obtain the written approval of JST before using any of the Research Funds for such expense.

Expenses Not Contemplated by Agreement. With respect to any expense which for any items other than those specifically mentioned in this Agreement whether such expense is not covered by Direct Costs within the total amount of the Research Budget or Indirect Costs or is not specifically described in Appendix 5not, the Research Institute shall obtain the a written approval of JST before using any of the Research Funds for such expense.
