Common use of Expenses of Board Members Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Board Members. The Company agrees to reimburse each of the directors elected to the Company's Board by the Purchasers for their reasonable and properly documented out-of-pocket travel and lodging expenses in connection with attending Board meetings and performing their respective obligations and responsibilities as directors of the Company upon receipt of an itemized invoice or expense report with appropriate receipts or other evidence in support of such expenses.
