Common use of Expenses of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Expenses of the Parties. Except as specifically provided herein, all expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Parties hereto, including, without limitation, all fees and expenses of agents, representatives, counsel and accountants employed by the Parties hereto in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and the consummation of the Transaction, shall be borne solely by the Party or Parties who shall have incurred such expenses, and the other Party or Parties shall have no liability in respect thereof.
