Expenses of this Agreement. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses (including, without limitation, legal, accounting and other professional fees) incurred in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Expenses of this Agreement. The Company shall pay the Executive's legal fees and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $30,000, promptly upon submission to the Company of a detailed statement therefor, subject to approval of the Company's General Counsel.

Expenses of this Agreement. Buyer and Seller each agree that each shall pay their own expenses incident to the preparation and carrying out of this agreement, whether or not the transactions contemplated hereby are consummat- ed.
