Expenses of this Agreement. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses (including, without limitation, legal, accounting and other professional fees) incurred in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Expenses of this Agreement. The Company shall pay the Executive's legal fees and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $30,000, promptly upon submission to the Company of a detailed statement therefor, subject to approval of the Company's General Counsel.

Expenses of this Agreement. All costs and expenses of CCI and/or the Consultant (including, without limitation, legal, accounting and other professional fees) incurred in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby shall be paid by CCI.

Each Party shall be responsible for its respective costs and expenses incurred by such party in connection with the preparation and review of this Agreement; provided, however, that, upon the receipt by Company of invoices, Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable attorneys’ fees up to a sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) incurred by Executive in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement and other agreement for benefits granted to Executive in connection with this Agreement.
Expenses of this Agreement. Buyer and Seller each agree that each shall pay their own expenses incident to the preparation and carrying out of this agreement, whether or not the transactions contemplated hereby are consummat- ed.

Seller will pay all state and local transfer sales, use or other similar taxes involved in the transfer of the Purchased Assets.
Expenses of this Agreement. Each party will bear its own expenses of negotiating this Agreement and performing its obligations under the Agreement, except to the extent (if any) this Agreement expressly states otherwise.
