Common use of Experience/Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Experience/Qualifications. Indicative work experience 3-5 years • Successful completion of TAFE / Trade Certificate (e.g. Certificate III, Motor Trade Mechanic) • Participation in Employer provided training through the Training Academy and Employer workshops (provided that appropriate training is offered) • Intermediate literacy & numeracy skills • Int - Adv computer skills • An intermediate understanding of workshop systems • Applicable Motor Vehicle drivers licence for applicable state • If of appropriate age, must have Heavy Rigid or Combination Drivers Licence (HR or HC) • Must hold relevant Forklift licence for the State Behavioural Expectations ATTITUDE • Shows initiative and a willingness to contribute in a positive “can-do” attitude to contribute to the success of the Employer COMMUNICATION • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Excellent communication skills COMPANY VALUES • Represents the Employer and the brand in a positive and appropriate manner • Understands and upholds the Daimler Integrity Code and Corporate Values
