Common use of Expertise of Wildlife Agencies Clause in Contracts

Expertise of Wildlife Agencies. Subject to funding and staffing constraints, the Wildlife Agencies agree to provide technical and scientific information, analyses and advice to assist the Local Agencies with the timely and efficient development of the Plan. The Parties further agree that the Local Agencies will share with the Wildlife Agencies information obtained through the development of the Plan.
