Expiration Date; Notice to Modify or Terminate; Automatic Renewal. This Agreement will become effective on the Effective Date and will continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m., March 31, 2017 (the “Term of the Agreement”). This Agreement, and the Term of the Agreement, shall continue in effect for successive yearly periods after March 31, 2017, unless notice is given in writing by either party at least sixty (60) days prior to March 31, 2017, or by any anniversary date thereafter, of its desire to modify, amend or terminate this Agreement. If such notice is given, this Agreement shall be open to modification, amendment or termination, as such notice may indicate, on March 31, 2017, or the subsequent anniversary date, as the case may be.

  • CONDITIONS OF SETTLEMENT, EFFECT OF DISAPPROVAL, CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION 9.1 The Effective Date of this Settlement Agreement shall not occur unless and until each of the following events occurs and shall be the date upon which the last (in time) of the following events occurs:

  • Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an “Automatic Renewal” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • Term; Suspension; Termination A. This Agreement shall become effective on the date that it is approved by both parties, set forth on the first page of the Agreement, and shall continue in effect until both parties have fully performed their respective obligations under this Agreement, unless sooner terminated as provided herein.

  • Termination for Change of Control This Agreement may be terminated immediately by SAP upon written notice to Provider if Provider comes under direct or indirect control of any entity competing with SAP.
