Common use of Expiration of Contract or Program Attachment(s) Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Contract or Program Attachment(s). ‌ Except as provided in the Survivability of Terms section of the General Terms Article, Contractor’s service obligations stated in each Program Attachment will end upon the expiration date of that Program Attachment unless extended or renewed by written amendment. Prior to completion of the term of all Program Attachments, all or a part of this Contract may be terminated with or without cause under this Article.
