Performance Not Suspended. Neither the occurrence of an event nor the pendency of a claim constitutes grounds for the suspension in whole or part of performance by Contractor.
Performance Not Suspended. Subject to any provision of this Agreement to the contrary and any provisional order to the contrary, each party shall continue to perform its obligations under this Agreement during the continuation of the resolution of any Dispute pursuant to this Section 4.
