Common use of Expiration of Contract Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Contract. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Clause 10 hereof, this Contract shall expire after the consultant has performed all his Services as per the terms and conditions envisaged in this Contract and the Owner has issued a ‘No claim Certificate’ to the Consultant. The Owner shall issue the “No claim certificate” after being satisfied that the Consultant has performed/rendered all the services to the satisfaction of the Owner, as per the contract and all undisputed payments of remuneration and reimbursable expenditures payable by the Owner to the Consultant has been made.
