Common use of Expiration of Patent Rights Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Patent Rights. This Agreement shall terminate upon --------------------------- the expiration of the last to expire patents of the Licensed Patent Rights, provided that WANG's and Licensee's obligations under Sections 4.2 and 5.3 shall survive and continue in effect as provided in such Sections.
