Common use of Expiration Clause in Contracts

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon your termination of Service for Cause; (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan.

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date the Expiration Date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon upon your termination of Service for Cause; (c) Upon upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 10 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The the date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 Sections 12(b)(2), (b)(3), (c) or (d) of the Plan.

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon your termination of Service for Cause; (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation surrender of this Option pursuant to Section 12 Sections 12(b)(2), 12(b)(3), 12(c) or 12(d) of the Plan.

This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date the Expiration Date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon upon your termination of Service for Cause; (c) Upon upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section Sections 6(e) and 12(b)(4) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The the date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 Sections 12(b)(2), (b)(3), (c) or (d) of the Plan.

This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Eastern Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon your termination of Service for Cause; (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan.

This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Eastern Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon your termination of Service Termination Date if you are terminated for Cause; (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section Sections 2 and 4 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Serviceservice; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 7.2 of the Plan.

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Eastern Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon your termination of Service Termination Date if you are terminated for Cause; (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section Sections 2 and 4 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Serviceservice; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 6(b) of the Plan.

This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date the Expiration Date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon upon your termination of Service for Cause;; or (c) Upon upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan.

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon your termination of Service for Cause; (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan.;

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon your termination of Service for Cause; (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section Sections 6(e) and 12(b)(4) of the Plan or and in Section 2 4 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 Sections 12(b)(2) or (b)(3) of the Plan.

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon your termination of Service for Cause;; or (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) 13 of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan.

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on Expiration Date set forth in the cover page of this AgreementGrant Notice; (b) Upon your termination of Continuous Service for Cause; (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Separation from Service; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan.

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon your termination removal as a director ‘for cause’ pursuant to the Company’s Certificate of Service for CauseIncorporation, as the same may be amended from time to time; (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan.

Expiration. This Option will shall expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. 4:00 Central Time on the earliest of: of (ai) The expiration date the Expiration Date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; , (bii) Upon the last day of any period following your termination of Service for Cause; (c) Upon to the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement Company during which this Option may can be exercised after your termination (as specified in Section 5 of Servicethis Agreement); or or (diii) The the date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 3(b) of the Plan.

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 4:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon your termination of Service for Cause; (c) Upon the expiration of any applicable period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of Service; or (d) The date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan.

Expiration. This Option will expire and will no longer be exercisable at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the earliest of: (a) The expiration date the Expiration Date specified on the cover page of this Agreement; (b) Upon upon your termination of Service for Cause; (c) Upon upon the expiration of any applicable post-termination exercise period specified in Section 6(e) of the Plan or Section 2 10(b) of this Agreement during which this Option may be exercised after your termination of ServiceAgreement; or (de) The the date (if any) fixed for termination or cancellation of this Option pursuant to Section 12 10(c) of the Planthis Agreement.
