Common use of Export and Privacy Clause in Contracts

Export and Privacy. Red Hat may suppIy CIient with technicaI data that is subject to export controI restrictions. Red Hat wiII not be responsibIe for compIiance by CIient with appIicabIe export obIigations or requirements for this technicaI data. CIient agrees to compIy with aII appIicabIe export controI restrictions. If CIient breaches this Section 13.6 or the export provisions of an appIicabIe end user Iicense agreement for the Software, or any provision referencing these sections, Red Hat may terminate this Agreement and/or the appIicabIe Order Form and its obIigations thereunder without IiabiIity to CIient. CIient acknowIedges and agrees that to provide the Services, it may be necessary for CIient Information to be transferred between Red Hat, its AffiIiates, Business Partners, and/or subcontractors, which may be Iocated worIdwide.
