LICENSEE represents and warrants that it shall not export from The United States of America directly or indirectly, any technical information (or the direct product thereof) furnished to LICENSEE either directly or indirectly by BATTELLE, without first complying with all requirements of the Export Administration Regulations, including the requirement for obtaining any export license, if applicable. LICENSEE agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BATTELLE, its officers, agents and employees from all liability involving the violation of such export regulations, either directly or indirectly, by LICENSEE.

EXPORTATION OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION. Eurobiotech agrees not to export from The United States of America, directly or indirectly, any Technical Information furnished to Eurobiotech either directly or indirectly by SRI, except to the extent and to the countries permitted by the laws of The United States of America. Eurobiotech agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SRI, its officers, agents and employees from all liability involving the violation of such export regulations, either directly or indirectly by Eurobiotech.
EXPORTATION OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION. Panda and Crane agree to comply with the laws and rules of the United States Government, and LGC agrees to comply with the laws of the Korean Government, and the United States Government, as may be applicable to LGC in connection with the exportation of products or technical data.
EXPORTATION OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION. PDC agrees to comply with the laws and rules of the United States Government regarding prohibition of exportation of CytRx Know-How furnished to PDC either directly or indirectly by CytRx.
EXPORTATION OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION. The COMPANY shall comply with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, as amended from time to time (collectively, "the EAR"), if and to the extent any of the TECHNICAL INFORMATION licensed hereunder is deemed "technical data" under the EAR. LICENSOR shall inform COMPANY of any such legal duty with respect to each material disclosure of such TECHNICAL INFORMATION to COMPANY, and the parties shall render reasonable cooperation to one another to assure compliance with the EAR in the execution and performance of this Agreement.
EXPORTATION OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION. Ilex agrees not to export from The United States of America, directly or indirectly, any Technical Information furnished to Ilex either directly or indirectly by Bioenvision, except to the extent and to the countries permitted by the laws of The United States of America. Ilex agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bioenvision, its officers, agents and employees from all liability involving the violation of such export regulations, either directly or indirectly by Ilex.
EXPORTATION OF TECHNICAL INFORMATION. This license agreement is subject to all of the United States laws and regulations controlling the export of technical data, computer software, laboratory prototypes and other commodities and technology and Licensee shall be responsible for adhering to all such laws and regulations.
