Exportation. 7.00 LICENSEE shall be limited to the use of the LICENSED PRODUCT or LICENSED PROCESS and TECHNOLOGY in the LICENSED FIELD in the LICENSED TERRITORY. LICENSEE shall not export the LICENSED PRODUCT or LICENSED PROCESS and TECHNOLOGY to countries or territories that would be deemed to be high risk with regard to utilizing the technology without legal authorization. Any country to which LICENSEE proposes to export finished products or grants a SUB- LICENSES to, must have written authorization and consent from LICENSOR.
