Common use of Exportation Clause in Contracts

Exportation. Buyer agrees not to export the Products, or any systems containing the Products, or any technical data relating to the Products without first obtaining licenses or any other approvals required by the United States Department of Commerce or other United States governmental agencies. Buyer agrees not to export to any prohibited countries listed under the United States Export Administration Act of 1979 as amended and updated from time to time and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
