Exportbepalingen Het is u niet toegestaan de Apple software te gebruiken of anderszins te exporteren of te herexporteren, behalve voor zover toegestaan krachtens de wetten van de Verenigde Staten en van het rechtsgebied waarin u de Apple software hebt verkregen. Insbesondere, aber ohne Einschränkung darf die Apple-Software nicht (a) in ein Land exportiert oder reexportiert werden, über das die Vereinigten Staaten ein Embargo verhängt haben, oder (b) einer Person überlassen werden, die auf der Liste der Specially Designated Nationals des U.S. Treasury Department oder der Denied Person’s List oder Entity List des U.S. Department of Commerce oder einer anderen Liste mit eingeschränkten Parteien verzeichnet ist. Export 12.1 Export laws and regulations of the United States and any other relevant local export laws and regulations apply to the Services. Such export laws govern use of the Services (including technical data) and any Services deliverables provided under this Agreement, and You and we each agree to comply with all such export laws and regulations (including “deemed export” and “deemed re-export” regulations). You agree that no data, information, software programs and/or materials resulting from the Services (or direct product thereof) will be exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of these laws, or will be used for any purpose prohibited by these laws including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation, or development of missile technology.
Exports The Parties acknowledge that the export of technical data, materials or products is subject to the exporting Party receiving any necessary export licenses and that the Parties cannot be responsible for any delays attributable to export controls which are beyond the reasonable control of either Party. Metasyn and MKG agree not to export or reexport, directly or indirectly, any information, technical data, the direct product of such data, samples or equipment received or generated under this Agreement in violation of any applicable export control laws or governmental regulations. Metasyn and MKG agree to obtain similar covenants from their licensees, sublicensees and contractors with respect to the subject matter of this Section 14.11.
Export/Import 14.1 The Works (including, without limitation, any Software) may be subject to the export or import laws and regulations of:
Import/Export In addition to compliance by Supplier with all export laws and regulations, VITA requires that any data deemed “restricted” or “sensitive” by either federal or state authorities, must only be collected, developed, analyzed, or otherwise used or obtained by persons or entities working within the boundaries of the United States.

EXPORT LAW You acknowledge and agree that the Software may be subject to restrictions and controls, such as but not limited to those, imposed by the European Union and/or the United States of America export control laws and regulations. You agree and certify that neither the Software nor any direct product thereof is being or will be acquired, shipped, transferred, or re-exported, directly or indirectly, into any country, except pursuant to an export control license, issued by the appropriate authority, or will be used for any purpose prohibited by the same. By using the Software, You are acknowledging and agreeing to the foregoing, and You are representing and warranting that You will comply with all of the European Union and the United States of America and other applicable country laws and regulations when either exporting or re-exporting or importing the Software or any underlying information technology. Further, You represent and warrant that You are not a national of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or any other country subject to trade sanctions or a party listed in the U.S. Table of Denial Orders or U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or any similar lists published by the relevant national authorities.
Import and Export Compliance In connection with this Agreement, each party will comply with all applicable import, re-import, export, and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and country-specific economic sanctions programs implemented by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. For clarity, you are solely responsible for compliance related to the manner in which you choose to use the Service Offerings, including your transfer and processing of Your Content, the provision of Your Content to End Users, and the region in which any of the foregoing occur.
ANTI-BOYCOTT OF ISRAEL Contractor certifies that Contractor is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of this Agreement not to engage in, the boycott of Israel as defined by Section 808.001 of the Texas Government Code.
