Common use of EXPORTS, RE-EXPORTS, RE-TRANSFERS, AND SUBLICENSING Clause in Contracts

EXPORTS, RE-EXPORTS, RE-TRANSFERS, AND SUBLICENSING. (Applies to the export, re-export, re-transfer, and sub-licensing of export-controlled defense articles and/or technical data by a subcontractor of Electric Boat or by a lower tier subcontractor.) No export, re-export, re-transfer, or sublicensing in performance of this order or any subcontract hereunder, at any tier and regardless of location, may be made prior to receiving (1) written Electric Boat approval and (2) any required USG export authorization. When EB and/or U.S. Government approval is required, the Seller agrees to provide Electric Boat with the following: name of subcontractor, full address of subcontractor including their country, role of subcontractor, a list of defense articles and/or technical data to be transferred. ______________________________________________________________
