Extended Guarantees. Where the Service Provider is required to perform services (e.g. inspections after the completion date of the Works Contract) relating to extended guarantees for the Works Contract (e.g. Product Performance Guarantees) separate arrangements for remuneration will be made by the Client under Additional Duties.
