EQUIPMENT USED. Drafting tools, i.e. drafting boards, current Cadd equipment. Various programs such as: BOMP, PDM, etc. Various engineering databases. PC tools.
EQUIPMENT USED. 1- The contractor shall estimate and secure the number, type and size of the equipment and machinery required for the routine maintenance work, and distribute the same to the work sites in such a way that enable it to perform the required works. Related costs shall be paid as per the quantities specified in the approved BOQs for those actually supplied to the Site. The use of such equipment shall not be permitted except for the routine maintenance works.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • EQUIPMENT HIRE 3.1 Tardis shall hire the Equipment to the Customer for use at the Site subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living at your premises requires life support equipment, you must register the premises with your retailer or with us. To register, you will need to give written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner of the requirement for life support equipment at the premises.
