Common use of Extended Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on February 6, 2014. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five (5) years, to February 6, 2019 (the “Extended Lease Term”), on the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment.

Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Term of the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on February 6December 31, 20142016. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of ten (10) years and five (5) yearsmonths, to February 6from January 1, 2019 2017, until May 31, 2027 (the “Second Extended Lease Term”), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this Second Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease.

Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on February 6August 31, 20142016. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five (5) years, to February 6from September 1, 2019 (the “Extended Lease Term”)2016, until August 31, 2021, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this First Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease. The period of time commencing on September 1, 2016, and ending on August 31, 2021, shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term.”

Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five (5) years, to February 6from June 1, 2019 2022, through May 31, 2027 (the “Extended Lease Term”), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this First Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease.

Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on February 6June 30, 20142020. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of sixty-five (565) yearsmonths, to February 6from July 1, 2019 2020, through November 30, 2025 (the “"Extended Lease Term”"), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this First Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease.

Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on February 628, 20142029. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five three (53) yearsyears and one (1) month, to February 6from March 1, 2019 2029, through March 31, 2032 (the “"Extended Lease Term”"), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this First Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease.

Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five one (51) yearsyear, to February 6from May 1, 2019 2022, through April 30, 2023 (the “Extended Lease Term”), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this First Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease.
