Extended Lease Term Sample Clauses

Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on February 6, 2014. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five (5) years, to February 6, 2019 (the “Extended Lease Term”), on the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment.
Extended Lease Term. The Lease Expiration Date of April 30, 2013 shall be extended such that the Lease shall terminate on April 30, 2015 (“New Termination Date”). The period from May 1, 2013 through the New Termination Date specified above, shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term.”
Extended Lease Term. The lease Term shall be extended for Twelve (12) months, to commence on March 1, 2011 and terminate on the date that is Twelve (12) months after the New Commencement Date February 28, 2012 (“New Expiration Date”). The period from March 1, 2011 through the New Expiration Date Specified above, shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term.”
Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, and notwithstanding that Section 3.3 of the Summary attached to the Lease incorrectly identified the Lease Expiration Date as June 30, 2015, the Lease Tenn is scheduled to expire on July 31, 2015. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five (5) years, from August 1, 2015, until July 31, 2020, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this First Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease. The period of time commencing on August 1, 2015, and ending on July 31, 2020, shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term."
Extended Lease Term. If Tenant wishes to exercise an option to extend the Term, it shall do so by giving written notice to Landlord not less than nine (9) months, nor more than twenty-four (24) months, prior to the expiration of the Initial Term (or the prior Extended Lease Term, as the case may be). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant may exercise any such option only if, at the time of notice of exercise of such option and as of the date of the commencement of the Extended Lease Term (i) Tenant is then conducting business operations on the Leased Premises, and (ii) there is not then in existence a Tenant default under the Lease, and (iii) no previous option has remained unexercised by Tenant. Notwithstanding anything in this Article to the contrary, should Tenant fail to timely provide written notice of its election to exercise an Extended Lease Term, Landlord will notify Tenant in writing that it has missed the deadline and Tenant shall have ten (10) days after receipt of such notice from Landlord to provide Landlord with written notice of its election to exercise an option to extend. If Tenant fails to provide notice to Landlord within such 10-day period, Tenant’s option to extend (and any future options to extend) will be terminated and Tenant will be deemed to have waived its option to extend.
Extended Lease Term. The Lease Term shall be extended such that the Lease shall terminate on August 31, 2011 ("New Termination Date"). The period from September 1, 2006 through the New Termination Date is referred to herein as the "Extended Term."

Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of thirty (30) months, from June 1, 2025, through November 30, 2027 (the "Extended Term"), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this First Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease.
Extended Lease Term. The Term of the Lease shall be extended for three years such that the Lease shall terminate on June 30, 2024, and all references in the Lease to the “Term” or words of similar import shall mean the period through June 30, 2024, and all references in the Lease to the “Termination Date” or words of similar import shall mean June 30, 2024.
Extended Lease Term. The Lease Term is currently scheduled to expire on December 31, 2021 and shall be extended by ten (10) years (the “Extended Lease Term”), commencing on January 1, 2022 (the “Extended Term Commencement Date”) to expire on December 31, 2031 (the “Extended Term Expiration Date”).

Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for the Lease to be coterminous with the 4930 Lease (i.e., the Lease Term shall expire on the "Lease Expiration Date," as that term is defined in the 4930 Lease), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this Second Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease. The period commencing on November 1, 2029 (the "Second Amendment Extended Term Commencement Date") and ending on the Lease Expiration Date for the 4930 Lease shall be referred to herein as the "Second Amendment Extended Term".
