Common use of Extended Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Extended Lease Term. The existing term of the Lease shall be extended an additional three (3) months and terminate on March 31, 2028 (as hereinafter extended the “Extended Term”), unless otherwise extended or renewed pursuant to Section 1.2 of the Lease. Upon the Expansion Commencement Date, all references in the Lease to the term “Term” shall hereinafter include the Extended Term.

Extended Lease Term. The existing term of the Lease Term is currently scheduled to expire on December 31, 2021 and shall be extended an additional three by ten (310) months and terminate on March 31, 2028 years (as hereinafter extended the “Extended Lease Term”), unless otherwise extended or renewed pursuant to Section 1.2 of commencing on January 1, 2022 (the Lease. Upon the Expansion “Extended Term Commencement Date”) to expire on December 31, all references in 2031 (the Lease to the term “Term” shall hereinafter include the Extended TermTerm Expiration Date”).

Extended Lease Term. The existing term of the Lease Lease, including any and all options granted pursuant to the Lease, expires on March 30, 2011. The term shall be and hereby is extended an additional for five (5) years and three (3) months months, commencing on April 1, 2011 and terminate expiring on March 31June 30, 2028 2016 (as hereinafter extended the “Extended Term”), unless otherwise extended or renewed pursuant to Section 1.2 of the Lease. Upon the Expansion Commencement Date, all references in the Lease to the term “Term” shall hereinafter include the Extended Term.

Extended Lease Term. The existing term of the Lease Term shall be extended an additional three for a period of twelve (312) months and terminate on March 31, 2028 (as hereinafter extended the “Extended Term”)) commencing on November 1, unless otherwise extended or renewed pursuant to Section 1.2 of the Lease. Upon the Expansion 2014 (“New Commencement Date”) and expiring on October 31, all references in 2015 (the Lease to the term “Term” shall hereinafter include the Extended TermNew Expiration Date”).

Extended Lease Term. The existing term of the Term for Tenant’s Lease shall be extended an additional three for twenty-four (324) months months, to commence on May 1, 2015 (“New Commencement Date”) and terminate on March 31April 30, 2028 2017 (“New Expiration Date”). The period from the New Commencement Date through the New Expiration Date specified above, shall be referred to herein as hereinafter extended the “Extended Term.”), unless otherwise extended or renewed pursuant to Section 1.2 of the Lease. Upon the Expansion Commencement Date, all references in the Lease to the term “Term” shall hereinafter include the Extended Term.

Extended Lease Term. The existing term of the Lease lease Term shall be extended an additional three for Twelve (312) months months, to commence on March 1, 2011 and terminate on the date that is Twelve (12) months after the New Commencement Date February 28, 2012 (“New Expiration Date”). The period from March 311, 2028 (2011 through the New Expiration Date Specified above, shall be referred to herein as hereinafter extended the “Extended Term.”), unless otherwise extended or renewed pursuant to Section 1.2 of the Lease. Upon the Expansion Commencement Date, all references in the Lease to the term “Term” shall hereinafter include the Extended Term.

Extended Lease Term. The existing term of the Lease lease Term shall be extended an additional three for Eleven (311) months months, to commence on April 1, 2011 and terminate on March 31the date that is Eleven (11) months after the New Commencement Date February 28, 2028 2012 (“New Expiration Date”). The period from April 1, 2011 through the New Expiration Date Specified above, shall be referred to herein as hereinafter extended the “Extended Term.”), unless otherwise extended or renewed pursuant to Section 1.2 of the Lease. Upon the Expansion Commencement Date, all references in the Lease to the term “Term” shall hereinafter include the Extended Term.
