Common use of Extended Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on August 31, 2011. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of four (4) years, from September 1, 2011, through August 31, 2015 (the “Extended Term.”), on the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment. The Right of First Offer set forth in Article II of Exhibit F to the Office Lease is hereby deleted and shall be of no further force or effect.

Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on August 31, 20112017. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of four sixteen (416) yearsmonths, from September 1, 20112017, through August December 31, 2015 2018 (the “"Extended Term.”"), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this First Amendment. The Right of First Offer set forth , unless sooner terminated as provided in Article II of Exhibit F to the Office Lease is hereby deleted and shall be of no further force or effectLease.

Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term with respect to the Reduced Premises only, for a period of four five (45) years, from September August 1, 2011, through August 2009 until July 31, 2015 (the “Extended Term.”)2014, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Second Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. The Right period of First Offer set forth in Article II of Exhibit F to the Office Lease is hereby deleted time commencing on August 1, 2009, and ending on July 31, 2014, shall be of no further force or effectreferred to herein as the "Extended Term."
