Extended Service Agreements. (A) All rights of the Transferor under each Extended Service Agreement relating to the Financed Vehicles have been assigned by the Transferor to the Purchaser, transferred by the Purchaser to the Issuer, and Granted by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee; and (B) the Indenture Trustee will be entitled to receive all amounts due to an Obligor or lienholder upon cancellation of an Extended Service Agreement by an Obligor with respect to a Defaulted Receivable.
