Extended Website Use. For a maximum of seven (7) full Seasons after the close of the production, a maximum of ten (10) minutes of recorded performance or rehearsal footage as described in Clause 38:02 (B)(i), or production photographs (promotional material) of each production, may be presented on the Engager’s website on the following conditions:
