Extension of Annual Production Programme. In the event the Contract Period is extended in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Annual Production Programme shall be deemed to be extended by a corresponding period on the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement, other than in respect of any extension of the Contract Period pursuant to Clause 3.1.
